1.subah ke samy nashta, 8 bje se 9 bje tk kr lena chahiye…

2.dophar ke saym bhojan ye hme 12 se 1 bje tk kar lena chahiye..

3.raat k samy ka bhojn raat k samy ka bhojan hme 8 se 9 bhe tk kar lena chahiye..

1. Hamesha saaf Aur taje dhokar falon Ko khana chahie.

2. Bhojan ko Hamesha Dhkar Rakho Khule bhojan per makikhya aati hai .aur usse kharab kar deti hai aisa bhojan hame bimar kar sakta hai.

3 Bajar ki Khuli chijon ko Kabhi mat khao unhen makkhiya aur Dhul dushit kar deti Hain vah khane ke liye acchi Nahin Hoti.

4 bhojan Ek nishchit Samay par karo apni Bhookh ke anusar Khao Adhik bhojan mat khao.

5 khana khane se pahle aur khana khane ke bad Mein apne hath acchi Tarah Se Jarur dhye.

6. Khana khane ke bad Apne Munh Ko acchi Tarah Se dho le. raat ko Sone se pahle Apne danto Ko brush Jarur Karen.
